As the sport has become more mainstream and more widely taught, it is now accessible to wider range of practitioners of all ages. It can be taught safely to anyone, of any age, with varying levels of competitiveness and fitness.”

MMA Group Class = 60-minute group class that includes sparring, striking, takedowns, submissions and grappling. Designed to improve MMA techniques, self-defence skills, stamina and endurance. For all levels of fitness and experience.
MMA Personal Training = 60-minute one-on-one training sessions that includes a variety of mixed martial arts skills development. We work on your (i) Stand-up skills (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) to improve stand-up striking, (ii) Clinch skills (Judo, Wrestling) to improve clinching, takedowns and throws, including Muay Thai to improve the striking aspect of the clinch, and (iii) Ground skills (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) to improve ground control and position, as well as to achieve submission holds, and defend against them.
