  • Muay Thai Group Class: 60-minute group class that includes striking, fitness conditioning, techniques, combinations and pad work. A great work out to improve strength, stamina, technical ability and body tone. Maximum class size is 12 persons to ensure you have space, direct access to our Muay Thai coaches and quality time to train with our Muay Thai equipment.
     

  • Muay Thai Personal Training: 60-minute one-on-one training sessions that includes striking, conditioning, pad work and clinching. Personal training is designed for optimal fitness improvement (aligned to your body type and fitness level) as well as, detailed assessment and correction of techniques to develop your Muay Thai skill sets faster and more effectively.
     

You will get to practice on long Muay Thai bags, wall-bags and Muay Thai pads for the ultimate Muay Thai  experience.
