PERSONAL TRAINING (P.T)

At The Jungle we offer some of the most affordable Personal Training in Singapore. We work with you to specifically target your health and fitness goals; speed, power, stamina, flexibility and/or endurance, via muscle gain, weight loss and strength development.

 

Each personal training session can be made up of various exercise regimes, as listed below, to ensure a variety of exercises to benefit you. We are experts in delivering all techniques, in individually designed training programs, to unleash your full potential.

  • Muay Thai within your Personal Training: within any session we can include striking, conditioning, pad work and clinching. Personal training is designed for optimal fitness improvement (aligned to your body type and fitness level) as well as, detailed assessment and correction of techniques to develop your Muay Thai skill sets faster and more effectively.

 

  • H.I.I.T and Functional Training within your Personal Training: within any session we can include specifically designed training programmes that incorporate H.I.I.T exercises and functional training exercises and equipment. Kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, weight plates, slam balls, battle ropes, power boxes and much more. Maximum calorie burn, maximum muscle gain, maximum fat loss.
     

  • MMA within your Personal Training: within any session we can include a variety of mixed martial arts skills development. We work on your (i) Stand-up skills (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) to improve stand-up striking, (ii) Clinch skills (Judo, Wrestling) to improve clinching, takedowns and throws, including Muay Thai to improve the striking aspect of the clinch, and (iii) Ground skills (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) to improve ground control and position, as well as to achieve submission holds, and defend against them.
     
  • Strength, Conditioning and Fat Loss within your Personal Training: within any session we can include exercises of all type and duration to specifically improve your strength and overall conditioning, and/or to maximise your fat loss. The Jungle has a large array of weight resistance equipment, a functional trainer, weight bench, barbells, weight plates and dumbbells to give you access to varied training programs.
